Minister Malinov leaves for a visit to Hungary

Energy Minister Vladimir Malinov will visit Hungary on May 25, 2024 as part of a delegation led by President Rumen Radev. The main purpose of the visit is to deepen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

In Budapest, Minister Malinov will talk with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Peter Szijjártó, and with the management of the Hungarian state company MVM Group - a leader in the Hungarian energy system with a major role in the implementation of strategic energy projects in the country. Hungary is also one of the participants in the Vertical Gas Corridor initiative, the main objective of which is to expand the access of Central and Eastern European countries to supplies of liquefied natural gas from reliable sources.
