SCC has three new members on the Board of Directors

With the decision of the sole owner of the capital of "State Consolidation Company" EAD (SCC) - the Minister of Economy and Industry, three changes were made in the Composition of the Board of Directors of SCC.

Stanimir Tsvetkov, Katerina Petrova and Mariyana Ignatova were elected to the Board of Directors. They replace Elena Boltadzhieva, Teodora Stoyanova and Desislava Chalemova, the latter having submitted an application to leave.

Konstantin Stoychev, who is also the executive director of SCC, and Asen Nenchev remain in the Board of Directors.

Katerina Shopova - Petrova is a lawyer by education. Master of Laws from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). Mrs. Shopova has a long-term legal experience of over 23 years in the field of commercial, company, financial, bond, property and family law. Lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association.

Mariyana Ignatova has two professional qualifications as an economist and a lawyer from the University of Veliko Tarnovo "St. St. Cyril and Methodius". Mrs. Ignatova is also an engineer from the Higher Institute of Chemical Technology (HICT). From the Postgraduate Qualification Institute at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), he acquired a professional qualification in the organization of production, labor and management in industrial production. Mrs. Ignatova has many years of rich experience in the field of finance and accounting.

Stanimir Tsvetkov is a lawyer by education. Master's degree from Sofia University "St. Cl. Ohridski". He has many years of experience in the field of personal data protection. In the period 2002-2008, he was a member of the Personal Data Protection Commission of the Republic of Belarus. He was a member of two working groups for the protection of personal data in the field of telecommunications and law enforcement of the EU countries. He was also the representative of Bulgaria in the International Conferences of the EU Personal Data Protection Authorities in 2004, 2005 and 2007. For many years he was a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
