MRDPW invites representatives of the economic sector and non-profit legal entities to the Regional Council for the Development of the South-West Region for planning

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has launched a procedure for the selection of representatives of the economic sector and non-profit legal entities for public benefit activities to be included in the composition of the Regional Council for the Development of the South-West Planning Region.

On the business side, representatives of small, micro, medium and large enterprises can participate. To the application, applicants should attach the following documents in paper form or in electronic format - a copy of a document for the registration of the company's headquarters in the territory of the South-West Planning Region, a founding act or another document that proves that the company was established on a little over 2 years before the time of submitting an application for participation in the selection procedure, a statement of income and expenses or an accounting balance or another document proving that the enterprise is active at the time of submitting an application for participation in the selection procedure.

Organizations working in the field of equality between men and women, non-discrimination, equal opportunities, social inclusion and integration of marginalized groups, environmental organizations and organizations working in the field of education, science and culture, regional development agencies. The application must be accompanied by a decision of the relevant district court to be entered in the register of the National Association of Public Welfare Institutions or another document proving that the legal entity is registered in accordance with the Law on Non-Profit Legal Entities as the National Association of Public Welfare Institutions to carry out a public benefit activity at least 2 years before the moment of submission of the application for participation in the selection procedure and documents proving that the YULNC is active and actively fulfills its goals for no less than 2 years at the moment of submission of the application for participation in the selection procedure, etc.

The elected representatives of the two sectors will participate in the meetings of the Regional Development Council with the right to an advisory vote, in their capacity as observers. They will have the right to vote in the process of selecting projects that will be implemented with European funding on the territory of the Southwest Planning Region.

Each interested representative of the specified groups can submit only one application. Within 5 working days from the date of publication of the invitation, all interested representatives can submit a written application for participation in the registry of the MRDPW.

The representatives who have submitted a sample application within the invitation period and meet the specified criteria will be notified and will be invited to nominate a total of one main member and up to three reserve members for the respective group for inclusion in the composition of the Regional Council for the Development of South-West planning region.
