ENERGO-PRO is in an active campaign to update data for communication with customers in order to increase the quality of the services offered. Considering the growing need for digital service and an easier connection with the company, ENERGO-PRO encourages the use of fast channels for receiving and providing information from/to its customers. The ways in which feedback is sought from customers in connection with the updating of their data in the systems of ENERGO-PRO are through conventional and e-mail, SMS and telephone. The update takes only two to three minutes at the address: https://update.energo-pro.bg/. The availability of up-to-date and correct customer data enables easier identification and obtaining a timely and quick response from the company in case of need.

By providing a contact phone number, important information reaches customers in a timely manner.

By requesting an e-invoice, customers have the advantage of receiving each of their invoices quickly and conveniently to their own email address and have it available at any time from any electronic device.

The two methods of communication - e-mail and telephone, complement each other and could be useful at different times, so it is recommended to apply for both.
