The Ministry of Finance plans to draft a Law on the management and implementation of the Recovery and Sustainability Plan

The Ministry of Finance plans to draft a Law on the Management and Implementation of the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan (RSP), the ministry announced. That is why they are presenting a survey of opinions and proposals of the interested parties for the preparation of more sustainable and better legislation.

The purpose of the law is to regulate the implementation of the investments/reforms under the PVA by clearly defining the rights and responsibilities of the participants in the process, as well as to create specific norms at the national level to protect the financial interests of the EU.

The target groups of the law are the potential final recipients directly affected by the norms (business and non-financial organizations and associations, public bodies and institutions, municipalities, non-governmental organizations, educational and social institutions, scientific research organizations, etc.), the responsible departments and structures, and ultimately account – the general public and all citizens.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain authentic data on the opinion and proposals of the interested parties for the preparation of more sustainable and better legislation.
