BEH changes the entire management of Bulgargaz

The entire management of Bulgargaz was released today after a meeting of the Bulgarian Energy Holding, held in the late afternoon today.

The only item on the agenda of the meeting was the dismissal of the Board of Directors of Bulgargaz, including Nikolay Pavlov. Only an hour later, the meeting elected a new management of the company, it is clear from a facsimile of the protocol of BEH, sent to the Commercial Register for approval.

The executive director of the gas company Nikolay Angelov Pavlov and the other members of the board - Svetoslav Tanev Delchev, Diana Stoyanova Boneva, Ilian Kirilov Dukov, Nikolay Atanasov Donchev were released.

Lyudmil Ventsislavov Yotsov, Angela Svetoslavova Slavova, Anton Yordanov Adamov, Ivan Dimitrov Topchiiski, Stefan Pandov Voynov have been appointed to the new board.

Ivan Topchiiski was elected chairman of the new board of directors of the public provider, and Lyudmil Yotsov was elected executive director and member of the board of directors.

The board also includes Anton Adamov, Stefan Voinov and Angela Slavova.

The official approval of the change in the Commercial Register is also expected. The current managers of Bulgargaz can appeal the decision, which would prolong the election of a new board of directors.

The change of management of Bulgargaz has been talked about more and more often lately, citing various motives. SANS and the Ministry of Interior joined the company for inspections after a signal was given that classified information was being exported. The company is facing tense months not only because of the high prices of natural gas and the financial problems of Sofia District Heating.

This year, the gas company will negotiate a new long-term contract with Gazprom for fuel supplies.
