The energy exchange within the trade "market day ahead" closed at a price for basic energy (1 - 24 hours) of BGN 170.51 per MWh and a quantity of 60 840.30 MWh with a delivery date of August 29, 2021, according to trading data.

The price of peak energy (9-20 hours) is BGN 185.06 per MWh, with a quantity of 31 129.60 MWh.

The off-peak energy (29 710.70 MWh) is at a price of BGN 155.96 per MWh (1-8; 21-24 hours).

The exchange starts at an average price of BGN 145.04 per MWh and a quantity of 2376.1 MWh.

The highest price of electricity traded in the segment "market day ahead" was achieved at 9 pm - BGN 240.08 per MWh with a quantity of 2783.4 MWh.

In 24 hours the price of traded electricity in this segment is BGN 184.43 per MWh with a quantity of 2492.2 MWh.

Compared to the value of BGN 198.75 per MWh or EUR 101.62 per MWh for August 28, 2021, the price of traded electricity with a delivery day on August 29 decreased to EUR 87.18 per MWh (a decrease of 14.2%), according to www.energylive.cloud, or BGN 170.51 per MWh according to IBEX data.

For trading in the market segment "within the day" on August 28, 2021 the total traded volume at the time of publication of the information is 1 434.40 MWh at a weighted average daily price of BGN 196.29 per MWh.
