The energy exchange within the trade "market day ahead" closed at a price for basic energy (1 - 24 hours) of BGN 210.02 per MWh and a quantity of 70 156.80 MWh with a delivery day August 27, 2021, according to trading data.

The price of peak energy (9-20 hours) is BGN 224.07 per MWh, with a quantity of 38 158.70 MWh.

The off-peak energy (31 998.10 MWh) is at a price of BGN 195.97 per MWh (1-8; 21-24 hours).

The exchange starts at an average price of BGN 182.22 per MWh and a quantity of 2411.1 MWh.

The highest price of electricity traded in the segment "market day ahead" was achieved in 20 hours - BGN 286.24 per MWh with a quantity of 3015.6 MWh.

In 24 hours the price of traded electricity in this segment is BGN 207.32 per MWh with a quantity of 2599.5 MWh.

Compared to the value of BGN 229.56 per MWh or EUR 117.37 per MWh for August 26, 2021, the price of traded electricity with a delivery day on August 27 decreased to EUR 107.38 per MWh (down 8.5%), according to www.energylive.cloud, or BGN 210.02 per MWh according to IBEX data.

The values ​​achieved in this segment in the south-eastern part of Europe are decreasing, while in the other markets they are increasing. The price achieved by IBEX in this segment remains lower than that of HUPX and OPCOM (Hungary and Romania) - 112.98 euros per MWh.

The values ​​of the Western stock exchanges are growing, but remain below those of the IBEX. In particular, in Germany they increased by 3.6% to 95.91 euros per MWh, and in France - to 96.03 euros per MWh (an increase of 3.0%).

During the trading in the market segment "within the day" on August 25, 2021 the total traded volume at the time of publication of the information is 1 436.30 MWh at a weighted average daily price of BGN 193.00 per MWh.
