"Glavbolgarstroy" strengthens its position in South Korea
The Bulgarian construction holding held important meetings in the capital Seoul with leading companies from the construction and design sector in the country
During its working visit to Seoul in September 2024, a delegation from Glavbolgarstroy visited the headquarters of Hyundai Engineering and Construction. During the talks, the two companies discussed their strategic roles in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in Southeast Europe, Asia and on the global stage.
The chairman of the Board of Directors of Glavbolgarstroy Kalin Peshov, the executive director of "GBS-Infrastructure Construction" Georgi Kichukov, the member of the Board of Directors and deputy director of "Glavbolgarstroy International" Konstantin Kisev, as well as the deputy executive director for international relations and business development Plamena Nenkova.
During the visit, GBS representatives also held meetings with leading South Korean design companies with many years of experience in implementing significant infrastructure projects. Topics such as urban planning, design documentation development and environmental standards were discussed.
The management of the Bulgarian holding also met with the ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of South Korea, H.E. Petar Kraychev and the head of the commercial and economic service at the embassy, Iliya Dekov. During these meetings, the prospects for deepening the commercial and economic relations between Bulgaria and South Korea were discussed.
