Several investment projects of ERP North in the Ruse region were completed in the middle of the summer. These include the renovation of sections of the network in the villages of Chervena Voda, Nikolovo, Tetovo, Sandrovo, Borisovo, Pepelina, as well as the Kaseva Cheshma villa area. Within the framework of the mentioned projects, nearly 13,000 meters of overhead network with twisted insulated wire and underground cable network were replaced in Rusensko, as well as 100 reinforced concrete and iron grating ladders, and nearly 50 new switchboards were installed. The renewal of the network is combined with additional security of the facilities by installing 200 bird cages and 150 spacers against wire entanglement in windy weather.

Hundreds of customers in the villages near the regional city have improved electricity supply as a result of the built new network and the rehabilitation of the facilities. The BGN 540,000 invested in the electricity distribution network of the region are part of the consistent policy of ERP North to renew the facilities in the villa and suburban areas of the larger cities, where a permanent trend of increased electricity consumption has been observed in recent years.
