"Bulgargaz": Negotiations with "Botash" continue, we will report to the minister

Representatives of "Bulgargaz" EAD and the Turkish company "Botash" held another round of negotiations regarding the concluded Agreement between the two commercial companies. This was announced today by the state gas supplier, without giving any further explanation on the commercial negotiations.

In connection with the Decision of the National Assembly, with which the Minister of Energy was assigned to renegotiate the Agreement, in order to preserve the financial stability of "Bulgargaz" EAD, the management of the company will inform the Minister of Energy of the results of the meeting as soon as possible.

The report, which will be sent to the Minister of Energy, will include both the relevant analysis and proposals for taking follow-up actions in the negotiation process with the Turkish company Botash.

We remind you that "Bulgargaz" has an unpaid invoice to the Turkish energy company "Botash" for one month, which is for 15 million dollars. This was recently announced to BTA by the executive director of the company, Veselin Sinabov.
