With a meeting with representatives of the "There is such a people" parliamentary group, the head of state completed the constitutional procedure for consultations with the political forces in the 49th National Assembly

Do they see a new political configuration within this parliament that will deliver sustainable governance if the first and possibly second mandate to form a government does not materialize. This question was asked by the head of state Rumen Radev during the meeting with representatives of the parliamentary group of "There is such a people" of "Dondukov" 2. According to the constitutional procedure, the president held yesterday and today consultations with the political forces represented in the parliament in the 49th National Assembly. Vice President Iliana Yotova also participated in the consultations.

At the beginning of the conversation, the head of state emphasized that the purpose of the consultations is to create conditions that will support the formation of a government, in accordance with the basic law of Bulgaria. Rumen Radev asked the representatives of the smallest political force in the current National Assembly whether the remaining political resources are sufficient to form a new government within this parliament and whether they have a formula to propose if they receive the third mandate.
