The management of ESO and Minister Rumen Radev discussed the decisions to guarantee the safe operation of the energy system

The management of ESO welcomed the Minister of Energy Rumen Radev to the Central Dispatch Management. During the visit, solutions to guarantee the safe operation of Bulgaria's electricity system were discussed. This was announced by the Electricity System Operator.

The purpose of the working meeting is to support the process of developing adequate measures to be included in the preparation of the procedure for maintaining the necessary composition of synchronously operating and reserve generating sources directly connected to the power transmission network. The procedure for achieving a smooth energy transition will guarantee the operation of modern dispatchable power generation capacities, which are a basic element of the critical energy infrastructure and national energy security.
