Branding is part of the corporate identity, which is extremely important not only for local but also for international markets. We, as an agency, support many companies to enter international markets where competition is very fierce. Especially when there is relative similarity between products and services, it is really the brand and branding that makes the difference. This was said by the executive director of the Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises (EAPSME) Boyko Takov at the international conference "For Better Branding!" with networking, where start-up companies and small and medium-sized enterprises that want to create and impose their brand on the market have the opportunity to receive useful advice from representatives of some of the most successful companies in Bulgaria. The organizer of the event is EAPSME under the Ministry of Innovation and Growth.

Takov pointed out that in a national survey among small and medium-sized enterprises conducted by EAPSME, 23% of them indicated that they would like to receive training related to branding.

During the forum, representatives of some of the leading Bulgarian companies shared their experience and knowledge on the topic of what is required to build a successful brand, as well as go into detail on how any company can develop digital and visual branding.

Elena Nikolova, who is one of the founders of "Escreo" (Escreo), a writing paint company used mainly in offices, pointed out that every person who begins to develop his brand does so through his own experience. Trust your experience, she advised small business startups. Nikolova said that at the beginning it was difficult to explain the product they were offering and how to impose a completely new brand in Bulgaria. "Start simple and don't think too much," Nikolova said. According to her, it is extremely important for the brand to be easy to discover both online and offline. She also pointed out that a strong PR is needed to spread a brand so that customers learn about it, BTA reported.
