269 New Covid Cases in Bulgaria after 5,913 Tests

There were 269 new Covid-19 cases in Bulgaria on Friday morning after 5,913 tests, according to the national coronavirus portal. The daily update also shows that eight patients died and 388 recovered.

The new infections add up to a total of 9,853 since the start of the pandemic. There are 4,493 active cases.

There are 27 patients in intensive care and a total of 665 in hospital.

The total death toll is 329 since the start of the pandemic. The recoveries are 5,031.

A total of 593 medical personnel have been infected with coronavirus since the start of the pandemic.
