ME and BIM lease properties for the needs of the State Oil Company

The State Enterprise "State Oil Company" is provided free of charge for management of properties - public state property. The state provides to DP "DPK" property - public and private state property, determined by a decision of the Council of Ministers. The properties are provided for the needs of the management and employees of the state enterprise.

They have been granted management rights by the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology (BIM) and the Ministry of Economy, respectively. In July 2020, the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Reserves and Wartime Stocks was promulgated - with §2 of which Chapter Two "a" of the State Enterprise "State Oil Company" was created. These new legal provisions regulate the establishment of a State Enterprise "State Oil Company" with the status of a state enterprise within the meaning of Article 62, paragraph 3 of the Commercial Law, a legal entity with registered office in Sofia.
