Bulgaria and Russia can cooperate in the field of economy and trade

The Prime Minister Boyko Borissov met with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Eleonora Mitrofanova on the occasion of the beginning of her term in Sofia. During the talks with them in the Council of Ministers, bilateral relations and the presence of desire on both sides were established, which must be committed in the spirit of goodwill and pragmatism. Prime Minister Borissov revealed that Bulgaria wants to have an open and mutually beneficial dialogue with the Russian Federation, which in the country is not guided by its national interests and Euro-Atlantic priorities.

The Bulgarian Prime Minister wished Ambassador Mitrofanova a successful mandate in Bulgaria and provided serious potential for cooperation in the field of economy and trade. According to him, Bulgaria and the Russian Federation can develop a successful partnership in a number of areas such as culture, tourism and agriculture.
