Minister Dilov: The priority is the development of industrial zones, in which to attract new high-tech investments
Negotiations are underway to launch investments for over 45 million leva in the industrial zones of the National Company for Industrial Zones (NCIZ)

The development of industrial zones and the construction of the necessary infrastructure is our priority in order to attract new high-tech investments in Bulgaria. This was stated by the Minister of Economy and Industry, Petar Dilov, who held a meeting with the Executive Director of the National Company for Industrial Zones (NCIZ) under the Ministry of Economy and Industry - Angel Tanev.
The two discussed the implementation of the industrial zones of the National Company for Industrial Zones (NCIZ) and an effective mechanism for attracting investments.
"In order to be effective in attracting investors, we need to build zones with ready-made infrastructure," Minister Dilov pointed out.
"What is important for us is that investors who are interested in Bulgaria choose a suitable location for their business and have the necessary conditions to start their production as quickly as possible," he added.
For his part, the new CEO of NCIZ EAD Angel Tanev emphasized that the state-owned company will have a proactive policy for attracting investments.
According to him, negotiations with investors who intend to position themselves in the industrial zones in the automotive industry, food and beverage and construction industries, pharmacy, production of high-tech products and equipment, warehousing and logistics sectors are at an advanced stage. The expected investments in these projects amount to over 45 million. leva, with the companies being Bulgarian, German, Spanish, Chinese and Turkish.
