EWRC will discuss the proposal of "Bulgargaz" for the price of gas for October

The Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) will, in an open meeting, discuss Bulgargaz's proposal for the price of blue fuel for the month of October in the amount of BGN 57.42/MWh (without access, transmission, excise and VAT prices), including the component for the activity "public supply" in the amount of BGN 1.99/MWh and the component "obligations to society" in the amount of BGN 0.34/MWh.

The proposed price is 9.36% lower than the price approved by the regulator for the month of September in the amount of BGN 63.35/MWh (without access, transmission, excise and VAT prices).

During today's meeting, it is expected to become clear whether there are circumstances that will lead to a change in the price before the final meeting of EWRC, which is usually held on the first day of the new month (October 2023).
