Valentin Nikolov is leaving the parliament, he will participate in the competition for head of BEH

GERB MP Valentin Nikolov submitted his application to leave the 44th National Assembly. He announced this on his Facebook profile. Nikolov clarifies that he does not do it in order to join another political project or political figure. It is clear from his explanation that he was an active MP and submitted 14 Bills, 9 draft decisions, 6 questions, 23 amendments between the first and second reading. Most of them are among the leading bills in energy policies.

"We have successfully carried out several waves of liberalization, stabilized the sector, encouraged investment in renewable energy, and formulated a definition of 'green hydrogen'.

Now, after my journey as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BEH, NEK, NPP, Kozloduy NPP - new facilities, Executive Director of Kozloduy NPP, Deputy Minister at MEET, Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Energy Committee, I decided to submit documents for a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Energy Holding. I think I will share my experience and the contacts built over the years, but first I have to go through the competition. For all these years, there is no one to whom I have negative feelings. If I was wrong: FORGIVE! ”, wrote MP Valentin Nikolov.

The competition procedure for the election of a director of BEH is currently underway and the candidates can submit documents for a few more days.
